As a B2B supplier of customized industrial equipment, most of our products are made to order based on client specifications. Therefore, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or differs from the agreed specifications.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues
  • You receive the wrong model, size, or specification
  • The product is damaged in transit, and the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods
  • Clear photos or video proof of the issue must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or specially manufactured products based on your drawings or specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipping without tracking

7. Exchanges

If the issue can be resolved by exchanging the product (e.g., replacing a defective part), we will provide a replacement unit or component at no additional cost to you.
